I just wanted to say a huge thank you for making our chocolate orange gluten free wedding cake to match our large one for our wedding on 29th April and the beautiful GF cupcakes which fed us for a good couple of days during and the day after the wedding. Rebecca is a perfectionist and you can tell as soon as you see her beautifully executed cupcakes. They are exquisite! I have ordered from Rebecca on many occasions and her cakes never fail to delight. I love the Citrus Zing flavouring. A batch of these cakes made a perfect hospital birthday gift. Apart from the lovely refreshing taste, I didn't have to remember a knife! Another favourite is the Rich Chocolate Heaven cupcake covered in smarties. A dozen of these colourful treats were polished off very quickly at a recent birthday party where the average age was 79..! I'm just waiting for the next occasion so I can buy more of Rebecca's wonderful creations!
