Gluten and Dairy Free Cakes*
Here at Rebecca's Cupcakes we think just because you have an intolerance shouldn't mean you have to comprimise on taste. That's why we create our allergy-free cakes with as much passion as all the other cakes and cupcakes on our menu.
Our gluten-free sponge is light and moist and can be combined with any of our usual delicious icings. We can also make our gorgeous cakes gluten and dairy-free for those with gluten and dairy intolerances. It took a long time to create the perfect gluten-free sponge but we truly believe we have at last done it!
We use 'Orgran' flour, and gluten-free baking powder as well as the usual free range eggs and Fairtrade sugar. Our dairy-free cakes are made using 'Pure' vegetable oil based spread, which we also use for dairy-free buttercream icing.
Our Promise: you won't find anything like our cupcakes in your local supermarket!

* Although every care is taken to ensure our allergy-free cakes stay free from wheat, gluten and dairy products, all these ingredients are present and used in our kitchen so our cakes may contain small traces of wheat, gluten and dairy products. We are therefore unable to cater for customers with a severe gluten, wheat or dairy allergy. Our products all contain egg, and may also contain traces of soya.
